Chapter one
It started with one mango cheesecake.
Made for a birthday and passed around a crowded dining table, that first cheesecake held everything we wanted the bakery to become: generous, polished, nostalgic and deeply personal. Word travelled. The orders followed. The home kitchen got busier.

Hailing from Calcutta, Reanka is a lifelong connoisseur of patisseries with an instinct for pairing familiar flavours with fine pastry craft. She brings a collector’s curiosity and a baker’s precision to every recipe—balancing nostalgia, texture and restraint until each dessert feels both surprising and deeply personal.
